Very bad experience meeting with this broker. He arrived a few minutes behind our scheduled meeting time so the house wasn’t opened and lights weren’t turned on in preparation to show the home. This made for a bad first impression overall. When I asked questions about the home he wasn’t able to answer. He said, “I don’t know” several times and then became very defensive. I would not recommend using him to sell or rent out your home. Not professional at all!!!!
