Would rate lower if possible. I called on a Monday asking to see some additional photos/maintenance records for an SUV I found through online searching. They told me they couldn't provide as the vehicle was currently being rented and though it was due back, it hadn't arrived yet, but would provide once it was back. Called next day, same thing. Wednesday I called, as well as informing them I was a pretty interested customer, and would be taking Friday afternoon off to come and test drive/pick up the vehicle if it checked out.... read more

I purchased a vehicle at Legacy Automotive in northport alabama at their new location. At this location they have basically have any type of vehicle you are in the market for. The customer service was excellent. They made me feel comfortable and they are very culture friendly. Other companies can learn a lot from Legacy Automotive and they have a way with helping customers secure the bag!!!!!
