I absolutely love this place! It's very clean. All the staff is very helpful, especially Hannah at the front desk. She is very helpful You're greeted with a smile every time you enter. If you have questions, she always takes that extra time to talk to you. Overall great experience!
We lived at the legacy 2 different times and I must tell you, we LOVED living there. The staff were incredibly kind. We always felt safe inside our apartment. I know some of the staff have changed since we were there but I am certain the heart of the place has not changed. Thank you so much for creating a place that feels like home.
Our family arrived at The Legacy at Westwood after being displaced by the Palisades Fire and staying at three previous temporary abodes. Immediately upon arriving, we were treated with helpful respect. Victoria, at the front desk, helped look after our pets while we were moving our belongings in. Soon after moving in, we met Hannah, another employee who works the front desk. Both these women have been consistently warm, supportive, and incredibly helpful over the months we have been here. Hannah is very kind and helpful and Bob is great! Charlie is a nice guy, enjoy seeing him around! It was very nice to stay here again after 2014! Place is clean and tidy and everyone is kind and helpful.
Wonderful building and in particular, Michael, Victoria and Hannah are so great, helpful and such lovely people!
