The staff are very friendly and always helpful. The location is good and the area around it has a lot of decent restaurants, cafes.
Lovely staff everyone here is very helpful and nice and the concierge Hannah is very tech savvy and willing to assist senior residents!
The staff are nice and do a good job but the place is falling apart. They shut off water for emergency maintenance at least 2 x per month since January. That means no notice you just go to use the water and there is none. The amenities are always closed so they can "refurbish". Maintenance requests are constant and each takes 3-5 requests before the item is fixed. The building is falling apart and needs constant attention.
Everday at 8am there is someone with a leafblower in the back alley. This is a public nuisance.
We have a kind community here, and I am greatful to be a part of it. The manager, Eric, assistant Rachel,and the staff including Valerie and Victoria, Clavell and Michael are above and beyond helpful, bearing enjoyable and reachable personalities. They set a nice tone for helping to create a good community feel. Now an extra shout-out for maintenance men, Roberto and Martin.
