Outstanding place to stay. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbours. Conveniently located near Village at Sandhills
New management took over a few months ago and the now office people are VERY rude. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.
I lived there from 2014-2015. The place is maintained well, gated, has a workout room, a nice pool with beach chairs, outdoor bar and grill for any events, and plenty of room in the apartment. The community also holds seasonal events to get everyone together for cook outs, gatherings, socials, and other activities. Some folks had an issue with the fact that the maintenance crew has keys.
