I have lived here nearly two years. The area is maintained very nicely. It's clean and safe. The gardening is very well kept up and the clubhouse/pool are beautiful! the management staff is very sweet and accommodating. The maintenance crew is quick to respond and a nice bunch of guys. Love Legacy at Meridian Apartments. My husband and I are pleased with our apartment. The management and office staff are wonderful and the maintenance crew is awesome. The grounds are beautifully kept! We are very comfortable in our new home at Legacy. The staff has made us feel like family. They are all very accommodating to any maintenance needs. Nice area, close to everything. Apartments are ok, it could use upgrade in kitchen appliances, etc.. Watch out for the manager name Tina, she's shady and super fake, and she throws pool parties and gets drank every time, acts unprofessional; brings live musician she likes and got the nerve to say to tenants "if they don't like the music they can leave" I didn't know it was your private party.. !! We moved here in June from our home in Charlotte to be close to Duke Med. Wow, what a find. The whole team treats me like we've been good friends forever. If we have a problem it goes away almost immediately. The grounds are well kept, I always feel secure, the facilities are great. Tina,Monica,Wu,Saul,Jay, and Tom what a phenomenal team. It doesn't get better than this.
I've lived in 5 different apartments in the last 6 years and Legacy at Meridian is by far my favorite place ever. Clean and quiet complex, friendly staff, and maintainence requests are done in a timely manner. Great pool and grill area and close to I-40, southpoint mall, and RTP.
