Absolutely Wonderful Apts. yesterday I had an interview with Carrie the manager she was absolutely wonderful she answered all my questions was patient I had my grandson with me and she was just wonderful with him got him some markers to use while I was filling out the application the complex is beautiful I felt absolutely in loved and can't wait to move in

Awful place I’ve lived here for a while and at other apartments in this area. This is the worst complex I’ve ever stayed in, especially for the price.
Review of 1 star If dead dying shrubbery is native landscape then this complex has that no working sprinklers most areas ,If garbage areas not cleaned in years , if years old plumbing fixtures, cabinet tops ,carpets ,surcharges for everything, at their discretion if arrogance in office staff is your cup of tea then move in but beware
ROACHES! This complex is old and infested with roaches! I have lived here a year and knew this place always had roaches but with good cleaning they didn’t show up as much. Since the new construction in the apartments in January 2018 the roaches are out of hiding and getting into everything. I keep telling maintenance but they have not sent anyone out for pest control. New management seems promising they have been quick to fix other problems but unfortunately the old management left this complex a mess. Break ins all the time... read more
Great Place Stopped by to get prices and the staff is so helpful they answered all my questions and the prices are good the property it self is beautiful I cant wait to move in
Enjoying My New Apartment I moved in a little over a month ago and I am enjoying my new apartment so far. It is close to my job and Tomball/Vintage Park where I like to shop and hang out. The ladies in the office have been very helpful. What sold me on the property was the location, fitness center, and pool area. I am looking forward to spending the summer lounging at the pool.
Digusting Not worth the rent they want you to pay no security nasty inside the apartments run down appliances not cleaned upon move in roaches everywhere do yourself a favor an look elsewhere...
Don't waste your time !! While these apartments may look nice on the outside and seem great when you tour them , there is so much you won't see and will wish you had. These apartments are old and way overpriced . They are charging more than some of the brand new and much nicer apartments in the area . The dumpsters are always over flowing . They even put there construction trash in the dumpsters filling them so residents cant use them. Stonegate Villas Stonegate Villas is a quiet and peaceful place to live. It is close to schools, shopping and restaurants. This is a family oriented community with a good mix of singles. The apartments themselves are nothing special but they are comfortable. Many of the apartments have attached garages. There are two nice pools in the community and a sand volleyball court.
