I typically do not leave bad reviews. I live here, my self and my guest have been treated HORRIBLY by the courtesy officer. I like the apartment and the office staff but on multiple occasions the courtesy has been very offensive to me. I said I was going to email corporate the first time but decided not to. Today, he very rudely only asked the only black people (us) at the pool if we lived there. I told him I live here and he began yelling in my face that we are not allowed to have guest at the pool or drinks. Which I unders... read more

I have loved living at the Legacy so far! It has worked with me from the beginning.
I love the Legacy apartments. Anytime we have an issue it is immediately resolved without any issues. The courtesy officer has always been polite and courteous. I had an issue at the pool with kids climbing over the wall and he came and handled it immediately. The rest of the staff is also really great, one of our neighbors had a leak (and it was coming from our refrigerator). Maintenance came and fixed the leak on a weekend night. Very professional and kind. I cannot recommend this complex enough.
