Stayed here 2 years first time living alone. John, Raja, and Izzy made the transition so easy. Whatever questions or problems I had they answered/got it done. Best of all they are professional and chill/fun people to talk to. Shout out to the maintenance crew as well.
We have been living there for three years, signed for one more. Love this place !! Managers are always kind and helpful. Territory is always clean, green and quiet.
Living at Legacy Apartments was one of the worst rental experiences. I dealt with an ant infestation for several months that management never properly addressed, so I had to take care of it myself. (The ants were everywhere - the living room sofa, bedroom, and kitchen.) They allow smoking throughout the complex, which meant it smelled like a casino in our apartment every night. The Legacy Homes-Mira Mesa maintenance department recently responded to a work order we submitted from 9351 Hillery Dr, Apt 18102 ("Both fluorescent tube lamps in overhead kitchen light fixture are too dim and dying. Need replacement"). Legacy's maintenance team responded expeditiously and completed the repairs rapidly and effectively. Thank you.
My car was broken into while in my parking spot inside of the gates, and while filling a police report I asked for surveillance footage from the front office but they have no cameras aside from the front office. the gates are constantly being “repaired”, so a minimum of 1 gate is always open, and with the gates throughout the complex they’re constantly open too, allowing anybody to come onto the property, which has caused multiple occurrences of homeless individuals sleeping under stairs, defecating right outside of apartmen... read more
