The men who do the labor work for Legacy are wonderful. Always respectful, do a great job, and never an issue. The biggest issue is in scheduling and getting calls back. We mostly have used them for preventative maintenance and never had issue. A few reschedules happened because we understand things happen beyond their control and we never complained. Had them come out to check out heat and air. Duct work was messed up. They said the did a temporary repair and had to craft the parts to fix it correctly. Said it would take a few weeks. After almost a month no show even after I called and was told they would be here in about another week. We called over and over with no answer. When we finally got an answer the girl that answered said she would check on it anf call back. Guess what no call back. Then we called again over and over. Finally got an answer from the same girl. This is a real good company. All the work they have done for me has been great.
LEGACY IS A 0.0 PLAIN AND SIMPLE. AVOID AT ALL COST !! Legacy was supposed to come to my house on September 21 to fix my AC. I waited for hours they never showed. I contacted them and was informed that they will not be coming due to rain and rescheduled to September 24. My uncle waited at my home for over three hours on 9/24 and Legacy still did not show up. I called Legacy and spoke with Kara and was informed that “their time was more important than mine !!!” WRONG UPDATE 9/28 - I still stand behind my comments above. I was... read more
