Avoid this company at all costs! They took over for another HVAC company that went out of business. Their tech tried to sell us on adding additional insulation for $8K to help our issue with lack of cooling and heating to 2nd bedroom, when all along it was due to poor duct work done by the prior company - so lack of airflow. Our insulation was already top grade with the house was built and had a radiant barrier as well. They said they would just spray the insulation on top of what was there. THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME I have a whole Home reverse osmosis system and I needed a carbon pump motor replaced and the UV light replaced . He started first by telling me that reverse osmosis systems in a whole are not good (We all know that that is not true) They thought that I should get rid of my system that I paid $20,000 for one and a half years ago. This company was great until they got bought out by another company around a year ago. Since then I've had nothing but issues with them. I had them install a brand new heat pump and install all new ducting. After that they got bought out and I tried to give them many, many chances to get their act back together. They ended up losing most of their technicians from the previous owner, and now a lot of these service people have no idea what they are doing. I want to thank VP Bobby and Technician Brant were a refreshing first impression. They went over everything including measuring the voltage that the system was producing When Brant was finished he went over everything he did including sending me pictures of the readings. The Heater works great. Thank you for being a small glimmer of compassion in a time where it's hard to find integrity. Thank you again

I had a new AC unit that the blower fan went bad on. Called Legacy to come repair it. Tech showed up and said the fan was bad and said getting a new one would take a month or more. We opted for a replacement. We were told it would be about 6 hours to install. After 10 hours they left and said they would be back at 7 AM tomorrow. They did not show up until noon. Legacy Air Conditioning & Heating Repair keeps our HVAC unit in great shape! Their crew is one of the best in Clark County! Today was no exception! Eric arrived on time for a six-month routine checkup on our heating system. Eric was polite and professional and offered tips for maintaining our relatively new HVAC system. I began using Legacy Air for my HVAC biannual inspections in March of 2022. A couple of months ago I made the ill-advised decision to switch companies. I was not impressed with the service the other company provided. During the record-breaking heatwave we've endured in July of 2024, I observed that my air conditioner is running non-stop for excessive amounts of time! My wife saw an offer at our local Home Depot to have our furnace serviced, It was a 29$ special they had at the time. The technician came out and went over everything and said it was in pretty good shape. He recommended replacing the mother board and flame sensor for $1,600. I told him we probably not going to do that at the time. He said they weren't able to test AC because of the time of year which we understood that.
