I am a new Resident here at Legacy 64 Apartments. The staff especially the Manager Brittany has been so helpful, kind and attentive to our needs. She visited with both my Sons to make sure that my needs would be met. The Apartments have been remodeled with new appliances, tile and paint. It is bright and beautiful. I needed a downstairs Unit and Brittany made it happen. Thanks to all the staff who welcomed me here. Save yourself the headache and spend the extra $100–$300 for a better place if you can. I live at their Monterrey complex and have dealt with a persistent roach infestation throughout my lease. No amount of chemicals has worked, and I’ve seen multiple roaches outside on walls, sidewalks, and in the parking lot. Maintenance may gaslight you and say they are "water bugs", but they are in fact roaches. The best community I’ve lived in during my time in Tulsa. The staff is very kind & understanding, friendly neighbors & usually very quick responses to any maintenance requests.
horrible! Gates were always open, pool was dirty, our car got broken into in the parking lot & they “couldn’t find evidence”. As we were moving out they did a move out inspection, everything was how we moved in & they refused to give us a penny of our deposit.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The gates are down all the time leaving the property open. The grounds are not kept very well and the pool is always dirty. It’s definitely not a smoke free property as advertised. The management team is terrible and won’t respond to any communications. I tried to reach out multiple times about a move out date with no response and ended up having to just leave the keys in the apartment when I moved out.
