Slow to response and get pushing the time of arrival out. They offered to give me a free next day camera inspection and cancelled on my three separate day in row before never responding.
This is the second time that I have used Legacy 4 Plumbing. I made an appointment on March 3, 2026. Our plumber Anthony, was on time, professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend this plumbing company to others.
We had a water pipe leak in a wall on Thanksgiving morning with a house full of people wanting to take showers! I called Legacy 4, the owner called me back within 15 minutes, a plumber was at our house in just over an hour and we were up and running before 10:00 AM! Great response, great work, super neat and clean. He had to cut through a wall and did it so neatly that the wall repair is minimal. Highly recommend!
Joe and Kevin have fixxed countless issues for use and alway go above and beyond to do the job right highly recommended
