Before you rent at The Residence at Westchase you should know that you cannot get in touch with anyone by phone, ever. Everything is done online. If you want to speak to someone you have to go to the office, IF they're open. The halls in this complex have not been cleaned since this management company took over, about 3 years ago. People drag trash that is leaking grease or whatever over the cement in the hallways and the large spots and trails of grease have been there for a couple of years. Awful communication. Don't get bills on time, communication with Megan Berry is passive agreessive at best. Nothing is taken care of by them. Call me if you would like to help investigate where our money is going.
