The office staff at this property does an amazing job of managing this property. We all know it is not new and age always presents its hiccups, but the maintenance team and office staff do not fool around when problems present themselves. Kudos to you all for keeping your smile on and taking care of this community. It shows.

To many kids playing on parking lot and ride little kids mom was no better never seen such a place
These people and the property are horrendous. Had rodents in my apartment the entire last year. Had to withhold rent to get them to come into the apartment when I was actually there instead of sneaking in when I was not home. The property manager said she would waive the late fee since I was right and shouldn't have had to live with it and it was not waived. They just remodeled their laundry room and now put a code on the door and supposedly you have to send them a letter requesting the code and then you can get the laundry ... read more
