These folks have been taking care of my mental health needs for the past 7 years and do a great job. Wouldn’t trust my mental health to anyone else.
Wish I could leave 0 stars but I will settle for 1. The owner Candice has a very rude and snarky attitude. Dr. Higgins cancelled an appointment because I showed up 5 minutes late due to Baton Rouge traffic and asking for a quick excuse to use the restroom after having to take off work to make the appointment. The co pay also doubled and nothing changed in regards to the insurance. Please save yourself the headache and do not come here for any issue.
My experience with Legacy was fantastic. The receptionist Candice was great and super helpful!
