My son is purchasing a townhome in an HOA community managed by Legacies. He reached out to Miss Bobbie a few days before moving in to find out what his first steps should be to get everything set up. She was so helpful and so nice to him. He's a first time homebuyer and a bit nervous, but she took her time in explaining things and told him what to expect. As a mom, I really appreciate the kindness she showed him. He's super excited for his first home!
The Legacies team has been a real asset to the management of the HOA. Co. management clearly has a foundation of real knowledge of the industry. Bobbie, the Property Manager for our HOA, seems to wear many hats: coordinator, educator, legal and financial analyst, you name it. All that while being consistently timely and available.
