I would strongly encourage anyone that is thinking about being part of this HOA, to ride through their particular subdivision at night. The rules aren’t enforced, and the staff laughed at me when I asked what we pay dues for. There are weeds that I reported at the front entrance over a month ago that are growing taller day by day. Legacies Management is by far the best HOA I have worked with. The support and service their staff provides is exemplary. In particular, a wonderful young lady named Lauren was so helpful in helping resolve a situation. She was kind, considerate and understanding. The association is fortunate to have such a competent resource.
Live in Villas of Rosewood. I would never recommend their service. We were informed 2 weeks ago they needed 500.00 more dollars than what we already paid. That more than doubles what we paid in previous years. No explanation, no meeting, no vote of residents. Very poor money management and we have nothing to show for it!!!
I live in Villas at Rosewood. Our HOA money has been horribly mismanaged. Now they are trying to double our HOA fees this year with a 30 day notice and no input from the residence.
