This company sent information to another residents email meant for my eyes only which violated my privacy. They dont even have a office in the state I reside in.
This company is HORRIBLE!!! If I could post pics on here you would be shocked! Our HOA goes up every 6 months. It's at 330mo now with a YEARLY assessment fee now up to 2500 and they won't fix anything! My neighbor has a squirrel in their wall from a hole in the roof management won't fix my other neighbor facia is rotting away and they literally put YELLOW SPRAY FOAM to fix it-but it didn't fix it and lers not talk about the leaning 30+years old fence they only will replace board at a time ONLY IF ITA COMPLETLY ROTTED!! 10/10! Couldn’t recommend this company more. I was used to never being able to talk to anyone with our prior management company and not only am I able to talk to someone local with Legacies, they are always professional and personable. Definitely the perfect fit for our association and its needs.
I have had a few issues recently and Lauren has been staying on top of them and is making sure everything is taken care of!!
