Do not send your family members here, they do not care about their residents like they make it seem. I had a family member there that received bad care, we’ve had lots of issues between the staff and company etc. For the money we paid, it would be better worth it somewhere else. Please avoid this facility at all costs.

Legacies AL is truly a home away from home. From the moment you walk in, you feel like family. The staff greet you with a smile. The community typically smells of something homemade by the amazing dietary staff and looks beautiful. Bonnie the Life Enrichment Director is ALWAYS doing something with the residents. If you want low pay and to be overworked be a direct care worker for Legacies. If you want to do minimal work, be a med tech in memory care for legacies, most likely you will spend most your shift sitting. The work is grossly mis delegated. I worked first shift as a direct care worker for Legacies for almost a year. Unfortunately, I did not see any improvement in the staff. The residents are absolutely amazing though. Most mornings when I would arrive my residence would be soaked in pee and bed alarms would be unplugged. I s... read more
