Professional and prompt but overall a negative experience. Said there was a collapsed section of pipe. I had it dug up and that wasn’t the case, there was nothing wrong. Lefty’s came out again and the second time the camera operator explained the sitting water was probably only an inch deep or less, but if you don’t move the camera it looks like the pipe is fully filled. Felt like they tried to push an expensive, completely unnecessary fix.
I called, expecting the usual excuses about how long it would take for someone to come down. What I got instead, was a buoyant personality on the other end of the phone who said they could send someone that morning within an hour Rafeal was very clear and professional, in explaining what they could do and what the prices were. The two gentlemen he sent, were professional, forthright, and quick in fixing the problem and explaining the pricing every step of the way. They installed a new toilet and a bidet seat. The communication was great before the visit and they were able to get exactly the toilet I wanted within a couple of days. The tech arrived on time and was friendly and got everything done as we wanted, except the new toilet tank was noticeably not level side to side. I pointed this out to the tech and he tightened the bolt on the higher side but that didn't really help. After he left I loosened the bolt on the lower side a bit and that fixed it.
