Not sure what happened, but there are a long and growing list of 1-star reviews that echo my experiences here. This time last year, I was a happy client of Aubrey's and there were no issues booking and getting a fantastic cut and colour. In the past 6 months, since finding out she'd left their team, I have tried booking an appointment with the studio 5 times, and only attended one because the rest were cancelled, usually same day, by the owners. I want to preface this by saying this review is purely about their customer service, not the skill of their stylists. I’m sure the hair stylists at LTW are great, but excellent service doesn’t matter if you can't actually book it. I was referred here by a friend who swore by them, and I’d seen them recommended on Reddit and other online articles. Unfortunately, the booking process was a nightmare from start to finish. Original Review : Unprofessional. For the price, I expected a more attentive and personalized experience rather than feeling like one of several clients being managed at once. EDIT: I wasn’t planning to respond, but given the nature of the owner’s reply, I want to clarify two things. 1. During my appointment, four clients were being managed by two stylists at the same time.
