Couldn't be happier with my first visit ! From the moment I stepped in, I felt like I was in good hands. The consultation was very thorough, and Rachel really took the time to help me understand my hair needs. I'm so grateful for her expertise and truly great salon experience!

Brilliant. Always an amazing experience every time! Always love coming to left this way. Have been coming to Rachel & Darren since they first opened in 2020. Atmosphere is great, personable and incredibly talented. Best hair salon in the city!!

Rachel was incredible. I went in after a disastrous experience at an another establishment. She sat and took the time to address what I wanted, my actual hair concerns and gave experienced advice. My hair looks PHENOMENAL. Even better than I had envisioned. Will absolutely become a regular. And cannot recommend this establishment (and Rachel) with more enthusiasm. Oh! And Wan (the apprentice) gave the BEST shampoo and head massage ever! Need your hair to be done by a caring perfectionist? Go to this salon. Money well spent!
