Steer clear of this place, and Righthand management. Same owner. Same lies. Unprofessional, lost my company money. Rude and overpriced. Reading the other reviews the responses given to them are complete BS. If you try to have a conversation you get threats and stonewalled.

This company MASSIVELY messed up all of my paperwork while trying to get paneled, took several months to get his fixed for some of them, and never finished setting up the last one but still refused to refund me for it or change the person handling the processing. I had to hire a second person to fix their mess. I also used them for claims and the person I was working with told me "that's not my problem to look up" and gave me information which could get me in legal trouble. In my recent personal experience with Left Hand they did not deliver on their promises to me. They were unclear and ineffective in communication and ultimately did not follow through on our agreed objective. They made inaccurate adjustments to my billing system and then when I had questions about their services they were contentious and defensive. They treated me with disrespect in the end and charged exorbitant late fees when I did not pay promptly because I had ongoing questions about their billing.
