Absolutely terrible appraiser. It's very apparent that Fred could care less about the work and does the bar minimum. He used the minimum # of comps when multiple were available. And, he used old, outdated sales. Frederick R. Ruffell shouldn't be completing appraisals if he doesn't care about doing it right.
I would like to give Frederick Ruffell zero stars but that is not an option. I have never in my life worked with someone so unprofessional. I called to do a follow up on a re-inspection he was doing for our company. Frederick, was upset that I was calling him even though I tried emailing him all week with no response so I had no choice but to call, proceeded to tell me how incompetent I am at my job and maybe if I did it better I would be promoted. So very rude and uncalled for.
