As a🇨🇭chef dining out I am really wowed, but tonight my significant other had steak frites, The skirt steak was the most tender skirt steak I have ever tasted in my career which spans back to 1985! Hats off to the kitchen and the chef, this you rocked with braveur❣️Don’t get me wrong The rest was as expected, excellent, but this dish was far above and beyond expectations.🥳
