The building looks nice and tenants are pleasant but I am very dissatisfied with the maintenance. Since I have lived there, not once did i have a comfortable shower. The shower temperature could not be regulated. I asked for repairs on numerous occasions, and they sent the super who attempted to fix it on numerous occasions. He did so unsuccessfully.
