Had a small Claims court 101 training, billed as a strategy session with an associate attorney here as I was the plaintiff in a small claims case. I sent all documentation as requested and the meeting was scheduled. After we started talking. . About 15 minutes in., he tells me “ oh yeah I couldn’t open any of the documentation”.
