I am a new patient at Mill Point Dental. After a friend's recommendation and an unannounced visit to introduce myself, I decided it was the dental practice I was looking for. From the moment I walked in the door, to my initial exam and cleaning, to my follow-up phone calls with related questions, I was treated in a friendly and professional manner, with kindness, respect and efficiency. I highly recommend Mill Point Dental. It's wonderful to feel like family from the get-go!
I got referred to Mill Point Dental Center by my naturopath. Was apprehensive as I went to prior dentist 20+ years. Had my first appointment/cleaning and then a cavity filled today . The staff are fabulous- kind, nice and professional. Explain what they are doing and why. Dr Chelsea great.
Since moving to Bend, I have been a patient of Mill Point Dental. Following the tragic death of Marika Stone, the office continued operation. Now, the practice is owned by Michael and Chelsea Longlet, who are providing the same, warm, and highly personalized care. I could not ask for better treatment.
.. .. have to say, a visit to the Dentist is not something i look forward too, even a visit with the hygienist can be stressful for me . .. yep, I’m the "white-knuckler" . .. I can’t say enough about my (positive) experiences with this group of folks, veerrrry sympathetic of my fears in “the chair” . ..
The entire staff is so friendly and warm. My hygienist makes an effort to really know me and does an amazing job. Our entire family goes to Mill Point Dental and every visit is a positive and very thorough experience!
This practice was recommended to me when I was still new in town over a year ago by my Physician Assistant. I’m glad I listened to her recommendation! I’ve had great care from the providers, my hygienist is an absolute doll she is so kind and welcoming. It’s very comforting. I love looking out the window at the bird feeders they’ve set out that attract birds, rock chucks, deer, you name it. I recently moved to the area and this weekend my permanent retainer came half way off. I called Mill Point Dental on Monday morning and they got me in within 30 minutes. The office staff was so nice and Dr. Chelsea was amazing! She gave me all my options and fixed my retainer. I will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend Mill Point Dental and they will be my primary dental office now.
Super friendly staff, and excellent preventative care. Genuinely feel my teeth have gotten healthier over the years I've been going here.
