Dirty and reeks of urine.
I have lived here for 25 years. This is home and visitors seem to agree. I enjoy meeting the guests who arrive here at the Leeward and Windward buildings. They are almost always impressed with decor and furnishings of the rental units and all the fun things there are to do here. Hope to see you soon. John Reichard Leeward 607
I have a sister and niece in PCB now. They were threatened to be physically removed if they didn’t leave the property, with no refund, because they complained about the horrific accommodations which includes black mold.
