My Brother took my Mom's car there on Saturday for an oil change. They put 5W20 Conventional Oil in and the car requires 0W20 Full Synthetic Oil. We called today to talk about it and the guy talked over me, would not let me speak, told me that my Brother requested the cheaper oil (even though he did not) and that is why they put the wrong kind of oil in her car. When I was still talking to me, he hung up on me.
