Dr. Djfari listens to my concerns and takes her time explaining care. I like the fact there’s a special walk-in clinic only for established patients if you can’t get a same-day appointment.
Practice does not provide preventative care for seniors. I have gone there for years and since they stopped providing Medicare Wellness Exams, I have not had a mammogram, bone scan, prediabetic blood test or cholesterol blood test for years! All they provide is a medication screening when prescriptions run out. I have also experienced a nurse lying about submitting a medication for insurance coverage when she did not.
My military family had a very poor experience with this practice and Dr. Djafari. I'm a primary care provider myself and enrolled my family here expecting great things. What I and my family found was very poor communication and little to no effort to maintain the patient/provider relationship. Would not recommend this practice to ANYONE!
Dr. Djafari is approachable, smart, and patient--everything you could want in a GP. So glad we found her.
