The best doctors I have ever had experienced in my life. They take the time to get to know their patients and they will go above and beyond to help our family, even sometimes working outside working hours when I portal messaged them. They really care and have been spot on when it comes to recommendations and treatment suggestions. We are so thankful to have found this practice and are so lucky to have them so close to home!

The front desk staff brought me to tears here as I couldn’t find the suite and circled the whole hospital THRICE, while calling them, to no avail as they weren’t answering phones due to lunch? Finally found it 17 mins late, sweating and frustrated, and they said (keep in mind I’m a brand new patient, never been there before) - all 3 of them who were clearly sitting there while the phone was ringing - that I missed my time. Best doctor! I have been going to him for 15 years (follows him when he changed locations). Many doctors in US want to just get you out of the door and give you some pill and not get to the bottom of things. Not Dr Charen. He will spent lots of time answering your questions, LISTENING to you, FIXING your problem, rather then just dismissing you. I have lived in USA for over 20 years and Dr Charen is the best doctor I have ever met.
Extremely disappointed in this branch of the Leesburg/Sterling Practice. I scheduled an appointment for my son re a sinus infection. He gets to the office and is asked if he has symptoms and he checks the box sinus pressure. He is told out of the blue the office can’t see him, assume they thought he may have COVID. My son explained that he got the COVID vaccine in March 2021. Made no difference, they would be happy to have a tele-conference with him.
