I recently moved to The Villages and am establishing relationships with new doctors. I am so pleased that I was referred to Dr Gurgen. I felt listened to by a trained professional. Dr Gurgen offered practical advice and spent a good amount of time getting an understanding of my medical past and current position. She completed four biopsies that were only a little stingy. The staff were very accommodating and conscientious about making me comfortable. The procedure was flawless and they were very informative about what was happening and what to expect.
The staff was great. Wait time was normal and acceptable. They care and explained everything to me very well.
