Everyone was friendly and very professional.
Always a great experience with Dr Kaufman!
Both Dr. Kaufman and her nurse were very kind. They took the time to listen, and talk with me. I'm very thankful for having Dr. Kaufman as my OB/GYN and her staff.
The front desk receptionist was talking on her personal cell phone and didn't get off for a few minutes after I was standing there. When she got off her personal call, she said "sorry". I think it's really rude for staff to be on their cell phones with patients around and to be ignored because someone is on their phone. I was the first appointment of the day. This was a little ridiculous.
I've never had a bad experience. Super friendly and informative staff every time I come for a visit.
Every person in this office was extremely nice and helpful.
I always have a good visit with Dr. Kaufman. She listens to what I have to say. During my visit she makes sure everything is taken care of before I leave.
I appreciate how Dr. Kaufman takes time to come in and talk with me before my annual exam. She listens and explains information, as pertains to my health and care.
