She is very kind and gentle. She listens to what you have to say. She does not try to change your mind. She gives you options. I followed this physician further from home because she is amazing.

I observed the young lady (I wish I could remember her name) at the front window handle a difficult situation very well. She was polite, listened and tried to resolve the problem. Even though the patient was angry and kept repeating her issues with the scheduling, the receptionist did everything she could to help. I was very impressed with her customer service skills.
I had a recent surgery with Dr Kaufman and she has been my physician for past procedures. There is no other GYN I would trust the way I trust her.
