I walked in at 10am to ask for a soak-off and was refused service because they're “too busy”. I literally could've waited. I just needed them to remove my gel. I assume they didn't want to help me because my service would've been too cheap. That is fair. She could have asked me to make an appointment next time. But what happened was extremely embarrassing. When I asked for a soak off, she said, VERBATIM, "Were too busy" and walked away from me while everyone else in the salon just stared at me. It was awkward and disrespectf... read more
