be careful moving into this place! 3 times I've been sent eviction letters saying I haven't paid rent. luckily I saved my receipts so if u decide to ignore my warnings, you better save all ur paperwork and receipts. been here 4 years hoping things would change but they have only gotten worse since geller properties took over. its the 2nd of the month and after working a long shift I come home to a letter saying "notice to pay or quit". we have till the 5th so why am I getting threatened with legal action if its only the 2nd?... read more
