Highly recommend using Lee's! Our air conditioner broke today (100 degrees out) and I called Lee's. I spoke to Jeff who was totally booked but could fit me in first thing in the morning. I mentioned to Jeff we have an infant and were concerned due to the heat and he was completely accommodating and worked a longer shift to fit us in the same night! Very fair pricing, fast service and all around great company.
Jeff Lee is as honest as the day is long. I have been using Jeff since 1998 and he has never failed me.
Waste of time, does not return calls, schedules appointments and then does not show. call someone else.....
I had always used this company until they failed to return several calls last year. The new company I hired told me whoever had done previous work to my AC unit had put a wrong part in that caused another part to go bad. I immediately called and was surprised to receive a quick call back in which Jeff told me would fix it at no charge and even talked to the new company that told me the part was bad and told them he would fix it. Won the "Top of The Times" Award (Award from the Fort Mill Times newspaper for outstanding businesses based on votes from customers) seven years in a row however last week alone he received FOUR one(1) star reviews? I think it is obvious that these are all based on one persons negative experience with Lee's Heating and Cooling. Two of them have the same last name.
