4 Star : Likely to Recommend quality seems pretty good although how likely to recommend depends on how the shop will handle the 4 problems I've brought up on this survey. 4 Star : Repair Quality overall satisfied, however there seem to be 4 problems that did not happen before the hit-and-run collision with impact to the rear passenger wheel: 1) at higher RPM even if only at 30mph, there is a whirring sound from the wheel that had an accident (wobbly bearing?); 2) indoor cabin light does not turn on; 3) windshield frame on pa... read more

The service was terrible from the first day with Lee Collision staff to the Manager not knowing where and what his staff does with their clients cars to the last day, being told that after waiting 2 months for my car that was being “SPECIALLY detailed, repaired, and replaced ” just to receive my car that looked like nothing was done.
