I had a great experience. The customer service I recoenced was above and beyond. They extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
Brought our car to Lee for install of a brake controller. We had the hitch previously installed by UHaul. Lee didn't point out that UHaul had wired it incorrectly and instead added on to that incorrect wiring when installing the brake controller. Our car failed state inspection and so we brought it back to Lee. They ultimately fixed all the work for us (even what UHaul did) and refunded our fee which was appreciated. I would like to say thank you to Derick Emery the Service Manager and his team for all the help they gave to my husband and I this past Oct till now. We bought a brand new camper at an RV dealer in Massachusetts. I would never buy one from there again but needless to say we have a seasonal campsite in Maine. we called Lee RV and they have been fantastic helping us get our mold issues resolved with our 2017 Montana. We visited Lee's on September 21st. While we were not in the mark to purchase, the sales person, Kurt W., was super courteous and helpful. The selection at Lee's is impressive. If you're in the mark, go see Kurt. We currently own a 2017 Grand Design Solitude 384R.
We had an emergency situation with some damaged steps on the RV. Derek, Happy and the rest of the crew were incredibly helpful in getting a new set of steps delivered to us the next day.
Thank you!! We were traveling 900 miles from home with a busted axle and leaf springs, which requires changing our tires regularly to prevent blowouts, and you guys talked us through some options while also taking the time to install our newly purchased tires in the midst of an incredibly busy schedule (and we had no appointment!) We are so appreciative of your kindness and highly recommend your services!
