RecommendedToday we took our fifth wheel RV for an annual warranty inspection to Lee’s Family Trailer Sales and Service. James in the service department was terrific! The technician discovered an issue that needs attention and James called us immediately and explained the problem. We have every reason to believe the repair will go as smoothly as our initial service call. Everyone was incredibly friendly and we couldn’t be more pleased.
the people that put my new awning on today were very nice and were very professional.
I called to schedule service for a new tongue jack. They fit me in, did the work very quickly while I waited, and even fixed another item I asked about while I was there. I was in and out, the service team and especially Andy did a great job, and I highly recommend them for any camper needs.
Just a terrific company that really cares about their employees, and their customers. I have had the pleasure of working with them, and am happy to continue to do so.
I would not recommend that place to anyone. Attempted to buy a fifth wheel there a few years ago and caught the salesman in a lie. I went there today to buy simple air conditioner filter the price said $18 they charge me 26. and they also sold me the wrong filter. also tried to buy light bulbs there for the RV and they wanted $12 for two when you go by 6 online a $13. in my opinion that place is a waste of time
When we first got the Teardrop, we were so happy until we got home and ran into lots of problems. The dealer installed the battery backwards and wasn’t charging from the solar panel. The 2020 Nü Camp comes with a ignition spark and they told us that we just have to use a lighter because it just doesn’t work, which was not true. It was supposed to work. Also the lid from the stove wouldn’t stay open. We had to drive 20 hours to the Nü Camp factory to get all the issues fixed and we are so disappointed with Lee’s Family Traile... read more
We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Lee’s Family Trailer this weekend. Starting with James in service who answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained the process of setting up a hitch and trailer break. Jerry and Sales never seems to stop working returning texts at 6 AM at 8 PM. And Teresa gave a very entertaining and informative tour of our new camper. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is shopping around.
This morning we picked up our new to us venture sporttrek 343VBH. Everyone from Brian our salesman, to the young gentlemen cleaning our unit for pickup were amazing and wicked friendly! Theresa who gave us our walk-through was very funny and knowledgeable! The service manager was very helpful in answering my questions and we even had the owner assisting us in hooking it up to the truck. Went to Lees's yesterday for a camper part. Apparently the pandemic is over, or is a "hoax" there! None of the employees were wearing masks and there were no signs of "social distancing". I guess they don't care about their customers. I won't be back.
