POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS: Had a “non-alcoholic” Item I wanted to return to this location. Was told first by the clerk and then the manager that Lee’s NEVER accepts returns. I would have accepted that explanation except the on site manager was curt and rude. I know businesses don’t have an obligation to allow returns, but most do because it creates good customer relations. I had purchased many times from this location previously...but never again.
