Verified Renter I’ve lived here for over 9 years. I’ve seen poor management and poor maintenance in the past. The last few years the staff is great and friendly. I do have some concerns for cost as I think it’s strange we pay for pest control but have never seen them specially requesting them to keep coming until we ask them to stop. Most of the time it’s good.
Verified Renter Everything was going good till rent was raised which is understandable. I love the resident, the community and it’s good to see the kids being kids and enjoying themselves here at the Lees Crossing complex.

Verified Renter I have lived here for five years and have loved it. It is usually pretty quiet and they are keeping up the grounds really well. I'm ready to have some renovations done in my apartment though. It needs paint and the kitchen cabinets have needed replacing. The countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms aren't sealed and so they really show wear. We've definitely enjoyed living here though.
