Verified Renter The community as a whole is great the management, staff, and maintenance are great. I have been here 4yrs and I love it only problem is I have new neighbors that are not so friendly and don’t like to speak. My upstairs neighbor stomps all day and night! If I could afford to I would move only because of the neighbors.

Verified Renter I'm on my 3rd year here and plan to stay. Staff is great, community is well kept and neighbors are friendly. Love it here. Close to Atlanta for some things, but far enough away as to be peaceful. The area is full of places to shop and things to do.

There’s so many community events like scavenger hunts, decorate your own cupcake, movie nights, pool parties, and more! The maintenance team is so efficient! we have never had to wait for days to get anything fixed! The few times we put in a work order it’s fixed on the same day.
