I took my daughter's brand new, $400.00 15th ball gown to be pressed (wrinkles). I got it back ripped, stained, and burned. I asked them what happened to the dress and they said I brought it in this way or that designer sent it to me this way. They told me to take it back to the store I bought it from. Never offered any other solution. My daughter's party was 2 days away.
