I drove 236 miles one way for warranty service. It was well worth it. Rob and Mark know what they are doing and seem genuinely interested in making sure that you are happy with your Leer product. Quality work, attention to detail and fast. The ride isn't convenient for me but I will still go there for any caps, tonneaus and so forth. They also had a decent selection of WeatherTech products. I highly recommend them.
I bought a ranch cap from a dealer in NC and it was installed improperly and leaking. I travel a lot and needed the bed dry for storage. I brought it to Leer in Milton and told them my troubles. They fixed the cap with no charge!!! I should have gone with these guys in the first place. They really helped me out and I appreciate it. Customer service is not dead! My friend just bought a cap and had it installed partly due to my good experience. He is very happy and it looks great.
