Horrible service, filled with hateful, rude, disrespectful, brainwashed Bernie-ites who just piled in from the Bernie rally. I couldn't believe how these people treated the staff! Many kept cutting in line. Another ordered about $100 worth of shots and left the bartender ONE DOLLAR tip, nit picking, childish, whiney, entitled jerks. Waited 40 minutes in line to close out our bill. Horrible experience. The one and only person behind the bar should have been intelligent enough to call the owner or manager for back up. Any time of day or night, Leela is your best bet for great drinks, chill atmosphere and fantastic food. Their subs are the best downtown, my favorite is the Beast. The bar is top notch, but the thing that brings me back time and again is their offering of hand-made Italian & French. Totally unique, bohemian, & my favorite spot to eat or lounge in the Mile High.
Got my shirt stolen by some drug addict here I tried to get it back from him and the bartrnder stopped then proceeded to kick me out for no reason.
Leelas is not the place it used to be. Bad vibes. Bad food. Bad service. Never going back. Boooooooo!!!
Leelas is amazing!!! The service is fab:) and I highly recommend it! It’s a nice mellow bar/cafe after a night on the town.
