DO NOT GO TO ANY BUSINESS OWNED BY LEEDS WEST GROUP!!!!! We took our car to the Midas in Lakewood, CO for an oil change before a road trip for Thanksgiving. They didn’t put the oil cap back on right so in the middle of nowhere while driving on the highway, the cap blew off, all the oil drained out and it destroyed our engine. Nearly $15,000 dollars worth of damage!!!! We were left in a lonely hotel room in the middle of nowhere for Thanksgiving, hundreds of miles away from family and friends. Where to begin. This company overcharges the customer's, under pays employees, and poorly maintains their buildings. Some stores who are their money maker get all the new stuff and all the other stores get the hand downs. They define profit margins horribly. A part that Costs 39.99 will sell to the customer for 249.99. 300-400% mark up on all parts, and they call that fair.
