I've been using LeeAnne's to send flowers to my mom for a few years now. Being in NY I don't have much control over this other than paying for them. They made a mistake and delivered flowers one week before I requested them. Rather than just saying "Oh well, at least she got them" LeeAnne's went over and above by delivering a second bouquet on the right date for no charge.
