Of all the garlic soy green beans I've ever had, the ones offered at the Har Mar Mall Leeann Chins are the best! I don't know what it is, but the texture is perfect. Not mush, not nearly raw or woody, just perfectly cooked. The staff is always polite and communicates with the customers. It's fast food, on warming racks and if you are in a hurry, you get exactly what you expect. If you're a typical mid-westerner you'll probably like this chain. Lot's of fried entrees (with or without breading) in sweet syrup, rice that is getting dry, noodle dishes with lots of oil. I am surprised by the relative absence of cheese. I went maybe ten years ago, then again yesterday and in the future I think I'll pick McDonald's over this.
The first time I went my food ended up tasting like the smell of a dirty, gritty grill. The second time I went the chicken was raw! And I tried to feed my son that chicken without knowing it was raw. I'm glad he refused bc when I bit into it, it was all rubbery. That's when I found out it was raw. This was AFTER I had already eaten the entire entree. Who knows how many other raw pieces of chicken I ate! Never again.
I did not receive my double points on my app when I was told it was added to my rewards app.
