If you're a typical mid-westerner you'll probably like this chain. Lot's of fried entrees (with or without breading) in sweet syrup, rice that is getting dry, noodle dishes with lots of oil. I am surprised by the relative absence of cheese. I went maybe ten years ago, then again yesterday and in the future I think I'll pick McDonald's over this.
The first time I went my food ended up tasting like the smell of a dirty, gritty grill. The second time I went the chicken was raw! And I tried to feed my son that chicken without knowing it was raw. I'm glad he refused bc when I bit into it, it was all rubbery. That's when I found out it was raw. This was AFTER I had already eaten the entire entree. Who knows how many other raw pieces of chicken I ate! Never again.
I did not receive my double points on my app when I was told it was added to my rewards app.
