This is the SECOND time Leeann Chin has messed up my order, and I'm incredibly frustrated with the poor customer service. I ordered the Chin Dynasty Firecracker Shrimp and Peking Chicken, and the picture shows what I actually received. When I called to report the issue, I was told they were “very busy.” Does being busy justify getting an order wrong and providing poor customer service? I love coming here! The orange chicken and brown rice is unbeatable and so yummy! Plus they play good music!
They don't keep all the food stocked, so empty cold bins are sitting there under the heat lamps. So if you want something like cashew chicken you'll be told to wait just a few minutes. Then 10 minutes later it's still not ready and you give up and just pick something else that you didn't really want. And my curry chicken was barely done and rubbery, and the egg rolls are always mushy. Plus the wait staff don't even greet you, are not friendly, and seemed miserable and irritated. So pretty much everything was disappointing.
