In Response to kodakgirl – Excuse me Kodakgirl, I can't help but find that not only does Leeann Chin use "the quick and efficient way" to prepare meals but so do all fast-food restaurants, and other dining restaurants. Many things nowadays are prepackaged and pre-made, and yes, pre-heated. Not a Happy Customer – Up in Minneapolis to visit and staying at the Double Tree hotel, Leeann Chin was right across the street. Too hungry to even think about anything, my friends and I ended up buying food from a place weve never been to. When I first walked in, one employee was mopping so he shouted for his friend in the back to come serve us. It was so unprofessional. Dissapointed – Leeann Chin used to be a treat for me, now it seems more like a trick. I got a entree sized portion of Beef and vegetables. After waiting for 15 minutes for a fresh order to be made, the lady at the counter weighed out a tiny portion and it wasnt even hot. I paid 6.50 for a small order of food. I left feelintg dissatisfied and still hungry.
truly awful – Even appreciated as Chinese-American and not authentic Chinese, this food is awful. You have been warned!
Overrated – I find Leann Chin's to be overpriced for the food you get. There are better chinese restaurants that are cheaper. There is to few choices for one who does not eat pork or beef.

Chinese?? – This is fast fod not chinese. the food is shiped frozen, then thawed, then warmed up. Where is the authenticity??
